Chang-han Lee
Dr. Chang-Han Lee has expertise in the public sector, especially policy-related management consulting based on his past experiences in government and public administration. In particular, he provides guidelines about macro-approaches and directions of governmental decisions and provides practical advisory supports for the policy development.
Dr. Lee has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University, a master’s degree in Economics from University of Missouri, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Kyung Hee University. In addition, he holds the qualifications as a patent attorney, an administrator, and a general mechanical engineer.
In the past 35 years, he worked for the Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, and the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning in the establishment of policies and implementation of related procedures. Currently, he is a chairman of Korea Home Shopping Commodity Supplier Association and a member of Korea Engineering Hallym Institute, conducting research and consulting activities on the consumer goods industry, as well as research on economic policy.
