Background and Client Requests

Client is a local business support innovation institution established for the purpose of revitalizing the local economy. To foster local industries, this project’s objective was to establish strategic direction that reflects the characteristics of each industry. In addition, the project was carried out with the aim of deriving diverse support measures for small and medium-sized enterprises, such as technology development, commercialization, and infrastructure foundation.

Key To Way’s Approach

In response to the client's request, Key To Way drew out the direction of industrial development and the task of promoting Jeonnam region through four major activities.

• Derives 8 major target industries based on the current-status and direction of development of Jeonnam

• Analysis of business and industrial conditions in Jeonnam region by analyzing local industrial statistics and industrial complexes

• Establish development strategies based on analysis of policies, industries, and market trends for the eight major fostering industries

• Discover and elaborate the top 100 future growth engines to support small and medium-sized enterprises

Outcome

• Government-level industrial development policies – regional industrial policies – visions and strategies that are suitable for the regional industries have been developed and opinions from the headquarters and industry support centers have been collected to produce results that have been improved in execution.
