Man-soo Kim
Man-soo Kim has more than 35 years of experience in management consulting and accounting services in both Korea and abroad. His expertise spans from the energy and utility industries in the public sector to manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries in the private sector.
His most significant achievements are in the field of financial advisory including M&A, JV/Alliance, and corporate renewal. As the CEO of a top global management consulting and accounting firm, he has created the first financial advisory team in Korea in collaboration with counterparts in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Additionally, he has participated in various global M&A projects and supported various multinational corporations enter into the Korean market.
As a representative of Key To Way, he leads strategic marketing efforts and develops new consulting techniques in the fields of healthcare, international trade, infrastructure and more. He has published a translated version of the book, Waging War on Complexity Costs by Stephen Wilson, and Andrei Perumal. He holds both Korean and US Certified Public Account certifications and is a member of the Association of the Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) in the United States. He is currently the co-founder of the Korean Society of Transparent Management and co-founder of ACFE Korea.
