Young-sang Kwon
Young began his career as an accountant mainly working on investments, acquisitions and audits related to foreign companies in Korea during the initial 3 years of his 20-year career. For the next 17 years, he has covered a broad variety of consulting areas ranging from strategy development, operations and IT to large conglomerates, small and mid-sized enterprises, public corporations, and governmental institutions.
Previous to Key To Way, he worked as a Partner at Kearney to lead projects like mid & long-term strategy formulation and management innovation to clients such as POSCO, KT, and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power. As the CEO of Key To Way, he now leads various management strategy projects to clients such as Woori Bank, kt estate, Woongjin, Gangnam Group and more. Backed by his extensive knowledge in ICT, he has expertise in the field the business models and corporate strategies of platform businesses and ICT companies.
He is a graduate of Yonsei University in Business Administration and holds a public account certification by the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has also translated and made contributions to the following publications:
