The client was facing an anticipated change in the operation, function, and role of the organization due to recent changes in the business environment. The client also needed to respond to the advanced management strategy demands due to the increasing incidence of non-face-to-face social interaction as a result of COVID-19 and environmental damage caused by climate change. Therefore, the client commissioned Key To Way to develop a future strategy.
