With a total of 28 years of experience, Lee Tae-ho has been active in the management of large corporations for three years, 10 years in the promotion of startups and new businesses, and 15 years in the field of global management consulting, presenting strategic visions across various industries. In particular, he has successfully led various projects such as business and technology strategies, discovery and restructuring of new businesses, strengthening SCM and procurement competitiveness, reducing costs, and developing ESG strategies, and has supported the growth of companies based on in-depth insights and expertise in various fields such as telecommunications, electronics, semiconductors, automobiles, food, cosmetics, and petrochemicals.
In particular, consulting on large companies such as LG Electronics, Hynix, SK Networks, KT, CJ, Daesang, Hanwha Petrochemical, Hyundai Mobis, and AmorePacific provides excellent insights based on a wide range of business understanding.
Currently, he oversees Key to Way's ESG practices and leads the development of SaaS-based ESG solutions based on consulting know-how and IT startup experience.
He worked at Arthur D. Little, A.T. Kearney, Korea Textile, Toray Chemical, and Hynix, and graduated from Pohang University of Technology with a degree in electronic and electrical engineering.
