As a leading cosmetics company in Asia, our client has recognized the need to innovate the ways they work in response to the recent internal and external business environmental changes. They requested for internalization of the ‘Design Thinking' methodology to create new values through adopting new ways of thinking. The goal of the project was to lead employees to understand their customers in-depth and develop new and improved products through with Design Thinking, empowering the organization to break with tradition and move further to become a global leader in the cosmetics industry.
