Background and Client Requests

The client requested Key To Way to establish a business strategy for the future growth core areas with the goal of promoting self-sustainability. Among the three main business areas, the competitiveness of the ICT and energy/environmental businesses, which have high growth potential, was inadequate. Therefore, it was crucial to strengthen the capabilities of the current IDC business within the space ICT business. As a result, Key To Way pursued a project with the goal of establishing an IDC business strategy as a lever for future growth.
