Background and Client Requests

With the inauguration of the new government and the 20th anniversary of its foundation, client needed to establish a vision and development strategy to strengthen R&D leadership and lead industry innovation in the field. The client requested Key To Way to establish a future vision and development strategy with the aim of leaping as a specialized institution equipped with new technologies and capabilities for fostering future emerging industries.

  • R&D and Industry Analysis

    - Investigation of R&D concepts and status

    - Analysis of the ecosystem from the perspective of industry characteristics and technological innovation

    - Derivation of key tasks (new functions, business, and projects) and establishment of development strategies

    - Proposal for Client's institution name change and preparation of plans to expand the organization and workforce

    - Collection of stakeholder opinions for the promotion of new R&D and industrial development initiatives

Outcome

Based on Key To Way's consulting results, the Client established a future vision and derived key tasks. The Client also established a development strategy, including proposing a name change for the institution and preparing plans to expand the organization and workforce.
