Background and Client Requests

Compared to other competitors, the client company lacked original killer content that could drive profits such as advertising sales. However, it was necessary to establish a strategy for producing killer entertainment programs and enhance profit-making capabilities based on the success formula of related contents as it achieved remarkable results in terms of "audience" and "controversy" through its original content broadcast in collaboration with other channels. The customer commissioned Key To Way to the project to review the strategic direction of future entertainment program production.
