Background and Client Requests

Client is a channel operator within a group, and recently found themselves in need of defining a detailed strategy for realizing synergies and identifying synergy items resulting from a merger. They also needed to establish the direction of their medium to long-term strategy after the merger and design personnel systems to complete the integration of both companies after the merger. As a result, Client commissioned a project from Key To Way with the purpose of identifying synergy effects and medium to long-term strategy after the merger, as well as redesigning personnel systems for PMI.

  • Synergy effect identification and realization strategy development

    - Merger diagnosis

    - Identifying synergy effects resulting from the merger

    - Developing a strategy for realizing synergies and identifying the direction of medium to long-term strategy after the merger

  • HR PMI

    - Analyzing the current status of personnel systems in both companies and identifying points of improvement through analyzing cases of other companies

    - Developing a plan for redesigning personnel systems, including job categories, compensation, promotions, and evaluation systems

Based on the consulting results from Key To Way, Client reflected their future business plans and pursued personnel system redesign.
