The client has achieved significant growth with the recent growth of the energy-based beauty and medical device market, but there was a lack of long-term strategies and supporting systems. Therefore, the client requested Key To Way to establish a long-term strategy with the goal of diagnosing business competitiveness through market analysis, setting a long-term business vision and direction to respond to future changes, and establishing a management system for strategy, personnel, and NPD.

Outcome

Based on the advisory results from Key To Way, the client established a personnel system reorganization and a WBS system for NPD processes shared throughout the organization. The client also shared the results of the consulting through a workshop.
